Due to our extensive know-how in the manufacture of moulded parts and components made of steel and aluminium, as well as in the development of metal forming tools, using the respective up-graded design, production and quality assurance methods, we have gained an outstanding position in metal forming technology for the automotive industry.

From the component design to series production readiness, we work closely together with the specialists of the car manufacturers in order to make the most of the chances and limitations of modern metal forming and thereby achieving the best results even for the most demanding tasks.

Furthermore, we are continuously engaged in advance planning and optimization of production processes in the manufacture of sheet metal parts and tool construction to be able to offer our customers fast and economical solutions, which are based on our innovations and high-tech equipment.

Metal forming technology alone is not sufficient today. There is a growing trend to pre-assembled component units, delivered in sequences just-in-time. The option to integrate single components in a component group was therefore consistently incorporated in mefro’ss metal forming technology.

The production of component units of course also means providing the produced system with a suitable surface treatment.
